Kate Rippe

A third-generation financial and investment strategist, Kate Rippe’s passion for helping businesses was born out of her childhood years of watching successful entrepreneurs solve problems and overcome hurdles for a wide variety of companies. She quickly came to understand that success isn’t defined by just making a sale; successful businesses improve people’s lives. From then on, she was hooked.
Kate went on to study international business at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, and then left the tri-state to learn the ropes of corporate finance at an Atlanta-based firm. Several years later, she was recruited by a national financial services firm, earning the Rookie of the Year award and was selected for its highly-competitive leadership program. This advance in her career was life-changing. It brought her back to the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area and solidified her appetite for helping companies grow and flourish by ensuring that their financial houses are in order.

In early 2019, Kate launched her own company, Rippe Financial Group, which specializes in developing financial strategies for small to mid-sized businesses in every stage of growth. Her integrated business planning approach - which ensures that all the necessary licensed experts have a strategic seat at the table - has already brought in a multitude of clients across the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Lexington markets. Kate plans to continue expanding into these markets, as well as add new members to her internal team.

An avid equestrian, Kate spent two years in Europe to represent the United States by riding on the international circuit. She also believes in the importance of giving back to the community. Currently, she sits on the UC Health Community Advisory Committee, volunteers to help veterans and serves on the Cincinnati Library Board. In her free time, she enjoys travel, riding horses, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
